Richmond Hill Clinic Closing
Dear Patients,
Please be advised that the Dr. Bernstein Diet & Health Clinic at 9325 Yonge Street in Richmond Hill will be closing permanently as of Tuesday January 29, 2019. We are actively searching for a new location in the area, and we will inform you as soon as this information is known. In the meantime, you can continue your treatment at any of our other clinics. If you are unable to continue treatment at another location, we can either refund the value of any remaining credits you may have, or transfer those credits to another patient at another location.
The clinic staff are available to assist in providing any information or assistance with transfers, refunds or restarting and continuing the program until the closing date. You can contact the clinic at 905-770-3438 during our regular business hours of 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
