Kingston Clinic Closing

Dear Patients,

We regret to inform you that our clinic located at 645 Gardiners Road in Kingston will be closing permanently as of Friday, July 26, 2019.

If you are unable to continue treatment at another location, we can either refund the value of any remaining credits you may have, or transfer those credits to another patient at another location.

The clinic staff are available to continue your treatment, or to assist you with transferring or refunds until the closing date.

You can contact the clinic for assistance at 613-389-1919 during our regular business hours of 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

After July 26, you can contact our Head Office at 1-888-372-3438 for assistance.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we sincerely appreciate and thank you for the opportunity to serve you and the Kingston community over the years.
