Windsor Clinic Closing

 

Dear Patients,

Please be advised that the Dr. Bernstein Diet & Health Clinic in Windsor will be closing permanently as of Friday, July 27, 2018.

We would be pleased to serve you at any of our other locations, the closest being our Cambridge clinic located at 600 Hespeler Rd.

If you are unable to continue treatment at another location, we can either refund the value of any remaining credits you may have, or transfer those credits to another patient at another location.

The clinic staff are available to assist in providing any information or assistance with transfers, refunds or restarting and continuing the program until the closing date.  You can contact the clinic at 519-971-7756 during our regular business hours of 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

After July 27, you can contact our Head Office at 1-888-372-3438 for assistance.
