Burnaby Clinic Closing

 

Dear Patients,

Please be advised that the Dr. Bernstein Diet & Health Clinic in Burnaby will be closing permanently as of Wednesday, December 12, 2018.

We would be pleased to serve you at any of our other 7 locations in the BC region.

    If you are unable to continue treatment at another location, we can either refund the value of any remaining credits you may have, or transfer those credits to another patient at another location.

    The clinic staff are available to assist in providing any information or assistance with transfers, refunds or restarting and continuing the program until the closing date. You can contact the clinic at 604-524-3438 during our regular business hours of 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

    After December 12th, you can contact our Head Office at 1-888-372-3438 for assistance.
