Dear Patients,

Due to current operational difficulties, our clinic at 1038 W. Georgia St. will be closed as of Monday, March 23, and will remain closed until further notice.

If you wish to continue treatment at any of our other locations, please let the clinic staff know before 12:00 pm on Friday, March 20, and we will endeavor to have your chart transferred to the clinic of your choice.
